After careful study of the wedding budget for wedding coordination packages, we have taken into consideration every detail that will come out fair for both parties.

 

Brief Description of Service Inclusions:

  • Wedding Coordinator will do the planning, styling/conceptualizing, including sourcing out & coordinating with different reliable suppliers after creating a working budget & managing the contracting process.
  • The Team Leader will guide couple with their government marriage license requirements as well as church requirements.
  • The Team Leader is in-charge in managing the detailed timeline designed to incorporate all the events of the day until the wedding day as scheduled.
  • Unlimited wedding consultations & assistance via phone, email or meet-ups when necessary.
  • Wedding Coordinator will do ocular inspections to specific wedding venues.
  • Assist with the floor plan layout for the reception venue, seating arrangements or table assignments etc.
  • Provide program flow and sequence. We can also assist & help provide music and entertainment (sourcing of the emcee and more talents for the program as needed).
  • Pre-production meetings with both sides of the family including the main suppliers.
  • Scheduled Wedding Rehearsal. The aim here is to coordinate and brief the couple & the rest of the entourage so that they will know what to do & then remind everyone of their call time and what to prepare before & on the wedding day.
  • Provide checklist & final guidelines for the couple days before the wedding.
  • On the day coordination. The Team Leader will assign his/her team (max. of 5 PAs) individual roles to oversee each and every aspect, contributing to the success of the whole. From the early preparations, to a solemn wedding ceremony & until the wedding reception.
  • Most of all, a no hassle & stress free on the wedding day.

  • If the client has already contacted or signed contracts with at least 50% of their suppliers, the Wedding Coordinator will just take over and polish all the details and make constant follow-ups to verify, confirm & inform the suppliers that they may coordinate with us in behalf of the client.  If there are some areas that were not covered by the client, we can still assist & work on it.
